Lemon Turmeric Mineralized Probiotic Drink Recipes
This video shows you 2 different Lemon Turmeric Mineralized Probiotic Drink Recipes, that are alive and full of essential nutrients and bacteria for the gut wall and mind and body vitality.
I use this acidic base solution on salad dressings, as a condiment and an addition to all cooked foods. Add Italian herbs, curry, cumin and spices for a flavor you like.
Cooked foods are mostly for the emotional body and provide really only nutrition, not live pure energy and energetic “Life Force, Prana or Chi”.
The life force has been killed when the foods have been cooked. This energy is present in live or alive foods and liquids. Life force is not present in cooked or processed foods and liquids.
This recipe, and others we show you, is a way to add probiotic good bacteria to your diet. One of the smartest things anyone can do is to add these essential microbes into our diets consistently.

Recipe 1 – Super Concentrate Base:
This recipe is the concentrate to be used in Recipe #2. Fermenting will take about 2-3 days to fully consume the sugar. This will be a strong concentrate that you dilute into many other drinks.
- 10 Organic Lemons ( juice through juicer )
- 1 spoon of Turmeric
- 1 tbsp of Living Silica
- 20 drops of Ionic Magnesium Concentrate
- 1 tbsp of Live Ferments
- 1 tbsp Organic Sugar

This is a super nutrient rich and full of essential probiotic bacteria to help regrow the Gut Wall Flora.
Gut Wall Flora makes up to 85% of our Immune System, and many other key roles in keeping us healthy and feeling happy in the mind.
Live Foods are the “Key to regeneration” so, keep the cooked and processed to a bare minimum.

Recipe 2:
- 40 oz of Distilled Water
- 1 tsp MSM Powder
- 1 – 2 ounces of Recipe #1 ( Turmeric / Lemon Concentrate )
- 10-20 drop Ionic Magnesium Concentrate
- 1 cap full Living Silica
- 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
If you want to make it stronger add more sugar. If you want more power add more Turmeric
Optional Adds:

Hello,
Every time I make my elixirs with the probiotic pill and other minerals and sugar, it turns alcoholic. It does not smell bad, but I am not sure if it still has any live probiotics in it. Can i still consume it? will it give me gas? or should i toss it out?
How do I make sure these drinks don’t turn alcoholic?

Hey Slyvie,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your fermentation process. How long are you leaving your elixirs to ferment? Typically fruits take 1-2 days to ferment into an elixir, and veggies take 3-5 days to ferment into a living food. Can you estimate how much alcohol is made? Some troubleshooting pointers: It might be a sanitation issue where an alcohol producing yeast is allowed to grow, additionally, there might not be a good seal on the lids allowing too much oxygen into the jar. Typically that yields alcohol, from the sugar rather than other lactic acid products, and eventually vinegar given enough time.
Depending on the alcohol content, the beneficial probiotics are likely to be inert or all together killed off, making it something you might want to start over and try again with.
