Personally, I drink 150 oz of liquids throughout the day, and only eat one evening meal – as much as I want of the correct foods though.

Use all organic fruits and vegetables, and wash them thoroughly. You are going to juice with unscented coconut oil soap (organic of course 🙂 ). Wash and rinse thoroughly as if you were washing your dirty hands.
Use a variety of organic carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, apples, celery, ginger, arugula, mustard lettuce, purple onion, always spices, herbs, himalayan salt to taste etc.
This is used as the smoothie base of the juice we are going to use in this superfood recipe. I use a juicer to separate the pulp and juice.
Just use whatever you have in your kitchen or the garden that is super ripe, or going south of the border. You can always buy cheaper from the farmers market. Over ripened fruit is the best for smoothies and is usually 50% – 75% less or more than ripe or green fruit or veggies.
Using just these simple ingredients is a great nutritional drink, but if we wanted to make this into a medicinal elixir drink, then you want to add the minerals and superfoods to the recipe.
Most all commercially processed foods, fast foods, packaged of any kinds, condiments, sauces, foods and drinks are laced with toxic sugars – GMO’s are everywhere.
Most of the sterile pesticide laden GMO seeds and plants, oils produced, sugars, wheat, corn, soy and many more of these foods are very deficient in minerals, phytonutrients and energetic life force.
GMO = Genetically Modified Organism = Sterile and Non-Reproducible Organism.
Since cleaning up my diet and growing back my correct essential biological flora of my intestines, I cannot eat any GMO’s or pesticide laden plants or anything I used to eat before. They cause me massive stomach aches and constipation and gives me blood in my stool as well.

Smoothie Drink Recipe:
- 1/4 tsp of Brown Seaweed Extract (for plant iodine and polysacharides)
- 1/4 tsp of Shilajit (plant minerals to boost mineralization)
- 1/4 tsp of Mucuna (for activating the brain chemicals and feeling super happy)
- 1/2-1 tsp of Organic Maca (from the Amazon for your glands and strength)
- 1-2 tbs of Chia Seeds (for intestinal mucous bulk and loaded full of plant protein)
- 20 drops of Ionic Magnesium Concentrate with Trace Minerals (for conductivity)
- 1 tsp of Living Silica (for your connective tissues)
- 10-20 drops of Concentrated Fulvic Acid (to blend it all together)
- 1 -2 tsp Ultimate Green Protein (2 types of protein and 5 types of greens and zero calories)
- 1/8-1/4 tsp of Cayenne (to potentiate this drink and activate more aggressively)
