Have you ever cleaned all of your “Skin and Pores” with a “Mineralized Vodka Solution” before?

I am going to share with you the “Basic Vodka Skin Cleaning Solution Recipe”.

The following skin and pore detoxification and rejuvenation protocols, restores skin and pores back to a more youthful age.

Billions of skin and pore “Micro Parasites” will be removed from the first treatment.

This is the basic recipe for starting the skin and pore detoxification / rejuvenation protocols.

You will also need:

The alternative to using vodka is raw apple cider vinegar or H202 – 1-3% food grade hydrogen peroxide straight on the skin. Use one or the other, not the two together.

Do not use the distilled white vinegar you buy for cleaning the house.

The vinegar can be diluted down so it is not as strong, and you can also add 1 tsp of Ionic Magnesium Concentrate and 1 tsp of Living Silica if you like.

The vodka is the best cleaner and detoxifier, and works best with the vodka recipe without reacting to the vodka’s pH. Do not use isopropyl alcohol on the body! It is very toxic.

The vodka blended with the Magnesium and Living Silica, Sodium Bicarbonate, MSM Powder etc. is much better at being able to add ingredients to the bottle because the vodka is not acid like vinegar.

The pH of vodka is meant to be a “neutral spirit or alcohol” and should naturally have a pH in the 6.0 to 7.0 range.

So, this is why I like to use vodka because we can add all of the other alkaline ingredients to the alcohol, without any real chemistry neutralizing pH.

Most of the products I add to the skin cleaning solution are alkaline. The pH level of vinegar is between 2 and 3.

Pure, or distilled, water has a pH level of 7, which means it is neutral. So we do not want to add any of the sodium bicarbonate, or other ingredients to the vinegar because it will react with the acid.

Watch the videos i have done on skin cleaning so you can get some ideas of the technique used, and the re-lubrication protocols.

Learn and practice well.

    1. Hard to give an exact amount, each persons tolerance will vary but if you feel ‘tipsy’ or slightly alcohol buzzed, you drank too much since that is not the point in taking it. I’ve experimented with up to 1 ounce, like a shot glass, and it was very salty, probably no need to do more than that at any single time, but rather dose it out in smaller amounts throughout the day is one option to try. Also having some water on hand as a ‘chaser’ will help. Happy experimenting! Thanks for your question!

  1. Hello Dr. Cassar. I can’t find the Kirkland signature American Vodka anywhere in USA. What else would you recommend, or if you have tips on how or where I can buy it would be great. I’m from NY, and I can see, that they sell this item almost everywhere but here. Please replay, thank you.

Aloha Viola, All of the Costco’s have this Kirland brand – 6 times distilled – and its only about $14 US.

If you cant find that brand … I then will use a triple distilled blend which you can use in glass only … Smirnoff Vodka is triple distilled and about 20 dollars or so.

Svedka brand is also a good brand. Always buy in glass never plastic though.

    1. I have not seen this happen, and it’s not likely to since tattoo ink is delivered to a deeper layer of the skin.
      Thanks for your question!

    1. Hi Shawn!
Congratulations for your pregnancy! I would caution use of the vodka skin cleaning solution while pregnant due to the possible absorption of alcohol through the skin. In all likelihood it is a small amount, however, let’s not mess around with a developing infant, but you are free to experiment for yourself. For the most part, the skin cleaning ingredients can be used in water with similar though likely lowered effectiveness. Alcohol is used to bring MSM into solution so that there are better detoxifying and toxicity mobilizing effects from the MSM, so without alcohol the MSM is not likely to play a significant role in skin cleaning. An alternative you can use is to add the ingredients to water and then add some apple cider vinegar to it. ACV has long been used as a skin rejuvenating tonic and with the other cleaning ingredients can still be effective.

  2. Namaste,

Ive had Tinea Versicolor on my chest and on a big part of my back for several years now. I was wondering if there was anything else i should do in conjunction with this protocol to accelerate the healing process?

  3. Hi

I’m finding when I apply the coconut oil with a spray of magnesium & silica and then cacaco butter it takes a long time for it to soak into my skin. It seems like I’m rubbing it back in all day!
I’m definitely rubbing it in well.

Is this a sign that my pores are so clogged? I’ve just begun the skin washing.
Also, how many times per week should you do the skin washing solution?

Many thanks for your help and for all the information that you provide.

    1. Post

      Hi Kate.

Immediately, when I get out of the shower I use a few sprays of the magnesium/silica in my hand, and then I put a little coconut oil in my hands and rub it together with both hands thoroughly. Then I apply a little bit all over my body, then rub it in for a few minutes – and it should absorb into the skin in a few minutes.

After about 3-5 min I apply a little cacao butter on top of my skin and rub that in thoroughly as well. Try not to put on too much at a time, and if it does not absorb into you skin within 15-20 minutes, most likely, your skin/pores are plugged.

I would use the skin cleaning solution for maintenance 1 time per week, and if I am using as a therapy I would use it 2-3 times per week for a month or so πŸ™‚

  4. Aloha Awesome Dr. Robert! :))

Started doing the skin cleaning protocol in Canada. Came to Oahu, dry saunaed every day with skin brushing, coco and mag oil. It truly feels amazing as you said!

Many hours after the sauna, started to get itchy hives on back, thighs, and side of chest (like mosquito bites). Took many hours to dissipate, even after taking Ac. Charcoal pow. Seems to happen most times when i sauna now.

Is this a good sign that the body is peeling back toxins via the skin layer by layer? Or an indication of other problems?

So grateful to have found this network. Many Aloha’s and kokuas! :))

      Hi HawaiiMan!

Many people who start using the Skin Cleaning and Sauna Protocols will start having small skin detox reactions hives, or small blisters. Sometimes people will even have blue and red fibers coming out of their skin – This phenomena they call Morgellon Disease.

Make sure you are always drinking plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session to dissipate the skin and pore toxins.

      Hope that helps πŸ™‚

  5. Hi!
I just became a member last month. Very happy to start these protocols. I ordered my distiller, can’t wait. I also just made the vodka skin cleaning solution. I am not sure how to use it! He’s directed me to keep watching videos which i have been doing, but still haven’t seen any about using this skin solution. Can anyone direct me to a video or let me know?
    Thank you so much.

  6. Hi,

So you say the ingredients in this solution are all food grade yet in the suggested use of the magnesium chloride+ living silica it says to avoid mucous membranes which is what the mouth and our insides are. Does this mean it’s better to order the ionic magnesium concentrate and living silica for this solution? Also, how do we use the solution and how often can it be used? Do we just shake it up, pour it in our hands and scrub it on then rinse it off? Can it be used weekly or more often?

Sorry for all the questions but I just want to be sure I’m doing this all correctly. Thanks!

      Aloha Tally,

The company doesn’t have the cert. to sell other than for exterior use. When you look at the lab tests on this product they are cleaner and more potent then the minerals from the Great Salt lake … You are not supposed to sell products both for exterior and interior use. The laws want you to keep them separate and have two separate products and filings.

The EU company doesn’t want to get into the EU politics of minerals so they sell it for exterior use, since the products comes from the Netherlands. This product is full full strength of 31% brine and the other magnesium we sell is 25% from the Great Salt Lake.

Personally I use the both of the magnesiums internally and externally.

I use the ionic full strength magnesium and silica combo product we produce – both internally and externally … for over 10 years.

  7. Thanks for the blessing of this knowledge, never would have thought about putting vodka on my skin, I really really despise alcohol so this was a fun adventure haha.
I did my first wash and it was lovely, I exfoliate every single day and dry brush daily so not as much came out and off as me as I thought but I’m going to go for a few more rounds.
That said… would this be safe to do on children? More than healing my life I was to give my kids the foundation of healing when they are young but not sure if this is a safe one to do or not.
    Love and light always

      Hi Chantel.

The Vodka Skin Cleaning Solution can be used on children 1 time a week or so. I would dilute the Vodka Solution by 50% using distilled water, and then always make sure all skin that has been cleansed with the alcohol solution get gets lubricated with coconut oil/cacao butter, ionic minerals and living silica. Make sure you rub the oils in well.

      Hope that helps :))

  8. Thank you Dr. C. I am looking forward to utilising this protocol but I just have one quick question…

A few videos ago on your YouTube channel you were beating your skin with some ‘Skin Beaters’ (I don’t know the product name). I would really like too open up my pores and start breathing again so could you please send me a link or tell me the official product name?

    Thank you brother. Peace.

    1. Hi Jordan. Those were actually custom made by Dr. Robert. It is on his mind to get them manufactured at some point but at this point that’s all the info we have. Hope that helps! πŸ™‚

Aloha Nicholas, I have been cleaning peoples skin with lots of tats and it seems that the art stays the same.

If you are worried about that area then don’t scrub really hard or try an area to see what happens.

As you know, there are many types of tattoo inks / colors using sometimes heavy metals for the coloring agents, preservatives, etc.

I have used the GWASHING protocols in the sauna and a lot of garbage will come out of the skin in the area of the tats but the art seemed not to change in any way.

Life in almost every area is an experiment for sure.

      Hope that helps,

      Dr. Robert

  9. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I appreciate it very much. I have a question, I live in the UK and can only get the diluted version of living silica. The Orgono brand. How much should I use in the mixture for it to be effective?

  10. Hi guys,

ive got some kind of parasitic infection at the mo, had these tiny white worms in eyes, ears, nose, mouth etc, appear to have gotten them under some kind of control in my facial area (can still feel them in ears and nose) and am v greatful
for Dr Cassar and his vids. My hair and scalp though is another story and the crawling starts at night time, dont even know whats crawling here but feels larger than that which was / is on the face. Im in ireland here and have a far infra red sauna coming in the post, drink distilled water and wash and scrub each day (put of pure necessity) with the recommended shampoo list and vodka solutions, also do the minerals internally etc. The vodka solution hasnt cleared them on my scalp, should i add anything else to it? Is it best to use everyday? this all started, well came to light for me, when me and my 3 yr old had thread worms (i think) and took
pharma for it, since then they’ve been coming out of everywhere on me… different types of worms from diff places in body.. is this a good or a bad thing hahahaha rudiculous question i know πŸ˜‰ thank you so much guys for all that you do πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ€²πŸ”₯πŸ‘πŸ₯°
