After 40+ years of research and 14 years of clinical practice, I've discovered something most people never realize: your intestines are the command center of your entire body. Think about it. This 30-foot tube running from your mouth to your anus isn't just processing food. It's housing up to 85% of your immune system, manufacturing vital neurotransmitters, and determining whether you wake up energized or exhausted.
