Potassium Immunity Booster and Intestinal Debris Release – I am going to share with you a Very Potent, Easy Mineralized Recipe that will support us, and get back our Potassium Levels. We are lacking in many nutrients and minerals, and most people are also deficient in Magnesium, Silica, Vitamin D, Boron, and Potassium to name a few of the essential Minerals and Vitamins.

Potassium is essential for many basic bodily functions such as regulating blood pressure, prevention of heart and kidney disorders, lowered chance of anxiety and stress, as well as enhanced muscle strength, metabolism, water balance, electrolytic functions, proper functioning nervous system and the basic building blocks of energy in both plants and animals.
Low blood levels of Potassium have been associated with:
- Increased risk of kidney stones and osteroporosis
- Abnormal heart Rhythms
- Fatigue – sluggishness – foggy unclear mind
- Muscle weakness
- Tingling or numbness
Adults should be eating about 4,700 -10,000 milligrams of potassium a day.
Remember, that most people are getting a little over 1000-1500 mg a day in their malnourished diets. Just about 100 years ago we all ate about 10,000 mg of potassium everyday.
Eating about 15-20 cups of raw veggies everyday will get you over the 5000 mg./day mark. I have found out it is best for the body to have over 8000 mg/ day in my regeneration protocols.
Some examples of organic foods that contain higher amounts of Potassium:
- Swiss chard – One cup of cooked chard has a whopping 961 mg of potassium.
- Banana – Medium sized has about 300-400 mg of potassium/fruit. You would need to eat 8-10 bananas a day to get the minimum about of potassium in your diet.
- Butternut squash – One cup of this slightly sweet fall favorite packs 582 mg of potassium.
- White beans – White beans might be the best source of potassium in the grocery store: A single cup has 1189 mg.
- Beets – A cup of cooked, sliced beets delivers 518 mg of potassium
Here are a few other sources of potassium: Spinach or any Leafy Greens, Apricots (dried), Yogurt, Avocados (have more potassium than bananas). FYI: A cup of coffee has about 100-150mg of potassium.
