Dr. Robert Cassar 9 years, 6 months agoI have stubborn acne that is on my face, back and chest! I eat a vegan diet and it did improve on a vegan diet but it is still persisting. Not sure what I need to do to rid myself of face and body acne.

Sun Gazing Protocols 9 years, 11 months agoI sungaze every day during my morning walks. I like to be on the trail during the first 30 minutes of the sunrise. I stop a few times and sungaze (glasses off) for 5 to 10 minutes. While sungazing I am deep breathing through my nose while being a in mindfulness state. I know of no better way to start my day and really feel great after each sungazing.
