Hello! I am a bit confused about distilled water. Does it steal minerals from your body or not? Thank you for your answer.

Aloha Grace, I have found Distilled water : with my 35 years of constant research this to be the best water I have found that is the cleanest and best for us to use if we want to keep health and wise for sure.
You can always use the ionic minerals we have at http://www.earthshiftproducts.com with silica to give your super clean pure water the minerals you may want to add to the water. The dry water or steam distilled removes many of the pharmaceuticals and other contaminants like fluoride and pesticides that other regular filters just cant do. we have found the distilled water to help rid the body of calcified oxalate’s and toxicity not minerals. We add minerals to our food and get the minerals that way.
Watch my videos on my personal home water supply. Distilled is the way to go .. after I have done my homework .. Lots of people will say that it is bad for but I have found that the opposite for sure. Nature when it rains is pure distilled water and it is how the earth stays clean and alive. All f the plants that you east are full of distilled water and drink it with the minerals in the soil .
