I just joined Earther Academy as a paid member after 3 months of watching the youtube videos. There is so much information I am feeling a little overwhelmed. Any advice for where to start on protocols as a beginner would be greatly appreciated.
I agree, its hard to know where to begin.
It seems sort out water and a sauna first.
elinimate all sugar, establish block fasting….
A clear step by step Introduction to the protocols would be beneficial.
