From what i can tell.. Anything cooked is useless for the most part, and you get your real value from other sources. So when you are cooking just make it as healthy as you can with as few harmful things as you can manage. I make things like peppers/zucchini/mushrooms/coconut.. anything that wont kick you out of ketosis/ best quality versions of the food. But in eating anything like that…Read More

Hmm. i remember a video of him talking about fulvic + netti pot for cleansing + decalcify pineal gland. It was not a solo video, from what i remember it was one of the bathroom type ones like enema or mouth related. Ill keep an eye out if i run into it again.

I think audio book is a good method for people who have 3rd eyes that take over their vision when they try to read. Just lay back and meditate, hear every word but dont let any word take your mind on a distracting journey. (if it does it most likely means you arent ready for the info)
