The nose knows! Got emotions? Exhale deeply yoga style, force it out! Feel those emotions empty out onto the cosmos! The lungs now empty want air, but take a few seconds in a controlled pause to realize “all systems on hold!” -your health is more important than that distraction, that emotion. Then, inhale thru the nose in a controlled yoga style . . . The nose will guide breathing rhythms spontaneously, but its important to breath in and out only thru the nose . . . It’s just you and your breath now; focus on the breathing only. A silent moment of peace . . . pause . . . you will be more calm to face your emotional distractions. Meditate, breath and be renewed.

    • When they research meditation and find that the simple act of focusing conciously on breathing realeases all stress and returns complete homeostasis to the body, science is now saying: if all you do is sleep and breathe in love, hold happiness and realease gratitude for all that is, you will become everything you could ever try to be.
