Thanks Tom, this was very helpful. To Dr. Cassar, I was confused that there was a difference between Earthshiftproducts and Eartheracademy products, which affected my purchasing decision. I think this should be made a bit more clear.

For me, I went to quinoa and coconut flour and never really looked back. I also had to include egg, but imo, pastured eggs are way healthier than something that tears up your digestive walls.. even though it’s not optimal. What is the source of your chlorella? if you are obtaining it from this site then I don’t know of the source, but I know some chlorellas, even organic, are spawned in areas with extremely high toxicity and heavy metals nearly everywhere.
