    Update
    Today is day 13 and I have been more energetic than when I was eating. Day 2 was a little slow, but after that I was good. The key is to keep drinking the water every time you empty. I did dry water for the first 5 days, then I started adding sole salt to it because I was feeling more tired. Day 11 I got an IV of amino acids to help, and before I started I also got an IV of glutathione. I also had an episode of hiccups that just would not go away so I drank a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and they went away. Woo what a relief!! But this morning I woke early and went in to start the water distiller and they came back, so I took a sip of 2 of my ferments and lo and behold they left immediately. Thanks Dr. Cassar this process is really doing my body an good cleaning.

    • For hiccups try about a quarter teaspoon of prepared yellow mustard if you have any on hand. I’ll remember the apple cider vinegar and ferments, too, thanks! What kind of ferments did you drink?
