    I started keto diet 2 weeks ago staying away from meat. My main purpose is to eliminate carbs and glucose. I am looking forward to learning here. Dr. Cassar is great inspiration and teacher.

    • I think it is best to follow Dr. Cassar’s lead. Keto diet/lifestyle is unfortunately full of meat, fat. I was so disappointed to see most of the keto recipes full of pork. It is disgusting. Can you guys share your favorite recipes here?

        From what i can tell.. Anything cooked is useless for the most part, and you get your real value from other sources. So when you are cooking just make it as healthy as you can with as few harmful things as you can manage. I make things like peppers/zucchini/mushrooms/coconut.. anything that wont kick you out of ketosis/ best quality versions of the food. But in eating anything like that i know that the food is mostly just an indulgence of sorts since you can put more nutrients than the whole meal into yourself with one drink. For recipe i just taste one thing, picture the taste of something else, see if i can picture it going together and taste the mix. (so im not the best source for recipe.)
