    VEGGIE BURGER PATTY (HOMEMADE). (I backwards engineered those frozen ones in boxes):
    Shred (Mostly) Potato, Add Carrot, Green Beans, Corn, Bell Peppers, Red Onion. Season with Himalayan Salt and Coconut Sugar, Season with freshly grated Ginger, Cumin, Tumeric, Mustard Seeds. Add an Egg and some coconut oil to mixture as a binder. (If you don’t eat eggs, I don’t know what an acceptable binder would be. Perhaps you do). Form into patties to cook on the griddle for burgersl, or press into an overproof dish to bake in oven or microwave. 130 calories each.

    • Short cut: Hashbrowns, Mixed Frozen Veggies, Bell pepper, Tabasco, Chili Powder, Brown mustard (with seeds), and Egg. Himalayan salt, sugar.
