    I sungaze every day during my morning walks. I like to be on the trail during the first 30 minutes of the sunrise. I stop a few times and sungaze (glasses off) for 5 to 10 minutes. While sungazing I am deep breathing through my nose while being a in mindfulness state. I know of no better way to start my day and really feel great after each sungazing.

    I would love to hear what others do to keep their pets healthy. Right now I can’t afford a whole lot but I do make their meals feom fresh and dehydrated ingredients, including grass fed and local meats, pastured eggs, raw fats, chia seeds, hemp seeds and a little black walnut hull powder to keep parasites at bay.

  • I’m going to have to agree with David. Typically you just want to drink at least one ounce of liquid per lb of body weight. I switch it up all the time between the yerba mate, plain distiller water, hibiscus, blue green algae, and kombucha. Basically, just as much liquid as I can drink or at least remember to drink during the day 😛
