I sungaze every day during my morning walks. I like to be on the trail during the first 30 minutes of the sunrise. I stop a few times and sungaze (glasses off) for 5 to 10 minutes. While sungazing I am deep breathing through my nose while being a in mindfulness state. I know of no better way to start my day and really feel great after each sungazing.

I would love to hear what others do to keep their pets healthy. I’m going to have to agree with David. Typically you just want to drink at least one ounce of liquid per lb of body weight. I switch it up all the time between the yerba mate, plain distiller water, hibiscus, blue green algae, and kombucha. Basically, just as much liquid as I can drink or at least remember to drink during the day 😛
