Water Fasting 8 years, 1 month agoOK. It is day 4, Friday, of my latest fast and I just could wait to spill the beans. It is 7am in the morning here in Boston, though I have been up since 5am (full of energy and couldn’t sleep) and I feel FANTASTIC.

Ketogenic Diet and Lifestyle 8 years, 2 months agoAnother aspect of being on keto is moderate protein intake. Too much protein will then burn as sugar. I found Dr Mercola’s chronometer tool essential for me when I was switching over to burning fat, along with seeing my macros and nutrients. I was able to fine tune my eating and Intermittent fasting.
