Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 8 months agoDear Dr. Cassar, Aloha, I have been very depressed lately. I mean bottom of the barrel, underwater, can’t get out of my own way. My biorhythms are all down in every category at the same time, too. I have recently lost a friend, too. New to the forum and good to see so many people have joined up. The earther vids are great and make so much sense with the practices discussed.
Just started a 3 week lemon/cayenne vitality drink fast (Dr Cassar style) -except with Moringa leaf instead of chlorella as described in video as I had a tub of it needing used up.
