    Hey folks.

New to the forum and good to see so many people have joined up. The earther vids are great and make so much sense with the practices discussed.

Just started a 3 week lemon/cayenne vitality drink fast (Dr Cassar style) -except with Moringa leaf instead of chlorella as described in video as I had a tub of it needing used up.
Also doing some quasha everyday. A different limb everyday in the shower to assist the lymph clearing.

Planning to also do a kidney cleanse which involves sipping a cup of a potent herbal tea throughout the day for 3 weeks.
That in itself is very effective as every time i’ve done it the first few days i get a little lower back pain which indicates the clearing/dissolving out of some of the kidney sand/stones.

Any thoughts if this is a little much detoxing for while fasting or if it’s not an issue ?

    Thanks guys, peace

    • ALOHA KEV! Thank goodness there is another talker to talk to! 😀 I think Dr. Cassar starts people on dry water fasting, the skin cleansing protocols AND the sauna all at the same time as his retreat because they are all very important. He says the water is MOST because the toxins and dead parasites have to be washed out or you can get sick. Btw, Have you ever done the overnight gall bladder and liver flush with epsom salts, oil, and lemon juice (or grapefruit or vinegar?) By the way, I read that if you have kidney stones, you should drink lemon in EVERYTHING even OJ. It helps to dissolve them. MAHALO for your info!

      • Hi Athena!
Thanks for your comment, yes communication is key isn’t it !!
Yeah, the retreats look awesome and work on such a deep level, would love to go sooner than later but must save up the ole moola before I can do that…. But I think the cleansing, practices, experience and education are probably priceless.
Yes, I have done the gallbladder liver flushes, and I’m actually doing them every 3-4 weeks now in accordance with Andreas Moritz’s practices of basically continuing until all stones are cleared out. I’ve been doing them for several months now, some flushes have more results than others but that often depends on how well I have prepared in the weeks (especially 6 days) leading up to them.
Thanks for the advice regarding having lemon with everything. 🙂
I’ve actually today just decided to move onto intermittent fasting too. It’s my 3rd day of the lemon drink fast but the timing doesn’t feel quiet right for a full juice fast for 3 weeks as it turns out. I’m not hungry but head space and other external factors don’t feel quiet right. I’ve done fasts before but I think in this instance and stage, building the daily habits of improved practices would be better for me, such as not over eating, daily guasha/stretching//exercise/meditating, and 1 meal a day (which will help with appreciating less food). That will be a big improvement for in the mean time,me instead of a long fast and then reverting back to 2 or 3 over sized meals a day as I’ve done before lol. A transition into better practices and slower paced clear out so to speak. Will proceed with kidney cleanse though for the time being and look at a longer deeper cleanse again later!
MAHALO to you too for the info, and ALOHA! 🙂

        • Aloha! It sounds like you are well on your way to Hawaiian Healthy! 🙂 Maybe you will be one of the blessed ones who actually do get to go there 😀 (Just don’t go United or Delta, ha) I don’t know if you have listened to the same video yet, but Dr. Cassar talks about 7 days on coconut water after a long complete dry water fast to ease the stomach back into accepting solid food. I made my own, and is it ever good! What I did because even the one meal a day hurt my stomach, was learn to make almost every meal into a soup! It’s a hot meal, and I have black coffee, and hot tea. Truthfully I’m very glad you started conversing because it helps to know that others are out there doing the same protocols. Appreciate your comments and info, too! Will check out Andreas Moritz soon! Mahalo!

          • P. S. Check out videos on Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. It is a natural way of healing the body and causes the lymph system to work better! Dr. Cassar has several videos where he does the Hawaiian form where he walks on the students (he’s a chiropractor, so no worries). morhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghO6uyA4VnQ&list=PLWgpuE2UFaNKWhdZvNmk4wbVXQ9mhc3ZT This is a youtube link to a playlist. I watch a few of them every day! I’m starting to really like anything Hawaiian 😀 Aloha!

    • Cool, thanks for the Lomi Lomi link, i’ll check it out! I’ve seen Dr Cassar standing on people in some of the clips but not the full length ones yet (I still need to sign up for full access membership which I’ll do at some point soon). I’ve definitely got some muscles and limbs that could do with some deep massage, not only to get things moving but I’ve got some scar tissue that needs TLC and healing – pulled muscle injuries from many years ago.
That coconut water sounds great! Seems like a good idea what you’re doing with the soups, especially if the 1 meal seems to hurt a little in the mean time. I’m in the mean time having solids such as whole grain, veggies, etc, but I’ll mix it up with soup too on occasions. For my drink of choice in the mean time just sticking to the lemon drink as where i’m staying right now i’m sharing a kitchen so don’t want to use too much of the cupboards and space for all my concoctions but I’m looking forward to expanding and getting some ferments going as you have! 🙂
Sounds like we’re both taking great Hawaiian healthy steps! 🙂 Aloha!

    • Aloha once again, Kev Cool! 🙂 I am going to have my first 90 minute Swedish massage this month and I am sooo anticipating it. I wish it would be a Lomi Lomi. I had one of those back in the 80’s and when I got over my shock because it wasn’t just a back rub, looking back I should have appreciated it 🙂 I have just 2 concoctions on my countertop along with a jar of coconut oil, some “butter”, and my sole salt! (26% saline, seasalt mixed in water). I will always use sole. It’s amazing how it becomes as salty as it does. I was using Kosher large grain salt but it had zero iodine. Himalayan is even better than seasalt. About scars and wrinkles, Dr. Cassar has videos on how to remove them with tools (I’m guessing after the vodka solution (has magnesium for softening) sauna (don’t have one of those but I’ll bet epsom salts bath would help) and then coconut/cocoa butter). A CREDIT CARD works well on the neck. I bought some Queen Helene cocoa butter in a yellow cardboard canister push up packaging for $1.50 at Dollar General not work. And on the videos, check out Youtube! Look under eartheracademy, earthshiftproducts, etc. because some are his very earliest when they called him Dr. Bizarre 🙂 MAHALO.

    • Awesome thanks for the info! 🙂
Glad to hear about your swedish massage this month! I’m sure it will be great! Those concoctions sound good, i haven’t made this sole salty yet but i can imagine it is very salty hehehe. And your butter sounds nice, I think i read in one of your other posts how you intended to make it, if it was the same one that `i’m thinking about regarding bulletproof coffee?
The muscle scar tissue i’ve got is right on the muscle (one is on one of my hamstrings and the other is in my shoulder, from what i understand deep tissue massage is important for breaking down and straightening the scarred fibres of the damaged muscles.
The Guasha is great for the ham string as i can actually feel the damaged muscled fibres under the skin and the gush tool can really be felt when working that area. I make sure to stretch every day and I do the guasha every few days. The shoulder maybe more difficult to reach, there are many differently shaped gush tools so if one of the flatter tools are not as good for that one perhaps one of the tools shaped like this:

This is far cheaper therapy than paying $$$’s for a massage therapist which I would also do if I had the money, but all in all, cleaning up my act and DIY’ing is definitely overall a better way to go over all 😉
