I’m so excited :). I got all metal out of my mouth 6 months ago from Dr Stuart Nunnally in Marble Falls, TX and now I have ordered me a personal one person sauna. May take years to make changes…doesn’t happen in a day :).

Thank you for the info of Dr Javier Morales and his partner to remove metal from my mouth. This is big for me. I know understand and know that I have been physically weak since my first metal filling when I was 14. I completed 5 day water fast. But this time I used double distilled water, added liquid magnesium from Earthshift, immune shield from Sunwarrior. Then I used enzymes from puradyme 5 times a day. Probiotics three times a day. Bacopa from Earthshift (I capped the powder up myself) 6 capsules four times a day. I had done a 6 day juicing before 5 day water fast. I put apples, pears, two dates, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg in a mason jar, I used a base of juiced celery for water, added moringo powder and nettle powder(both from earthshiftstore), added yogurt lactobaccilis started kit. It was not planned, but I was glad it was started with a full moon. I think that is a good thing. Or maybe I got that wrong. Sometimes I get things backwards.

Just complete 4 1/2 day water and Aurin(Urine) fast. With ups and downs. I think I may do a Dark Greens Juice fast next time to be a little easier. Then try 6 liquids of vitality. I would like to accomplish a 30 days fast, But this may take a while.

Electro Healing & Wellness 11 years, 1 month agoI’m very sensitive to EMF and have found (till now) very little hope of a “cure”, just very expensive EMF products and who knows if they work. I am currently drinking a gallon of distilled water a day in hopes that my sensitivity will vanish. From what info I ran into, distilled water does not conduct electricity. Just of thought. I’ve started distilled water and urine therapy about two months ago, one gallon a day and dropped all salt (inorganic) and my lips and cheeks turned a pretty rosy color, and I am 52. I only have eye make-up on. I find it difficulty to fast, but I did manage 36 hours of fasting with great results. Thank you Dr. Cassar, your sharing has helped me tremendously in my journey in this maze.

Growing my sprouts…Speckled pea, sunflower, clover. Fixing to start wheatgrass, kombucha, fermented veggies. My kefir just exploded…I’m learning…I think I need to use mason jars, so I can release pressure slowly. I’m using the grolsh bottles and when opened, kefir everywhere. I sure wanted to drink that kefir…it ended up on my floor, I’m laughing at it.
