Today is day 13 and I have been more energetic than when I was eating. Day 2 was a little slow, but after that I was good. The key is to keep drinking the water every time you empty. I did dry water for the first 5 days, then I started adding sole salt to it because I was feeling more tired. I got my water distiller ordered, did my 21 day liquids and have been cleaning my skin weekly, I will start the dry water fast as soon as I get my distiller and my earth shift kitchen is about complete. And I am scheduled for a far infrared sauna to continue with the skin cleaning. Thank you and everyone who joins so get on the wagon and ride with us.
