I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a video where Dr Cassar talks about the sinuses. I have very annoying nasal polyps which restrict my breathing and was hoping there was a protocol to relieve them. The only thing about sinuses I heard him say was to not put the alcohol solution up there as it will stop you from being able to breath via the nose.

I started keto diet 2 weeks ago staying away from meat. My main purpose is to eliminate carbs and glucose. I am looking forward to learning here. Dr. Cassar is great inspiration and teacher.
