New to the forum and good to see so many people have joined up. The earther vids are great and make so much sense with the practices discussed.
Just started a 3 week lemon/cayenne vitality drink fast (Dr Cassar style) -except with Moringa leaf instead of chlorella as described in video as I had a tub of it needing used up.

Beginners – Advice needed 8 years, 8 months agoIf you are hungry on a water fast, have a large spoon of coconut oil and some ferment. If you haven’t made it yet, have some relish. I used sweet. Watch Dr. Cassar’s videos on making ferments. They pack a punch. Sometimes they ARE a punch. My bitter orange one tastes like Grand Marnier. And they will clean you up.

Water Fasting 8 years, 8 months agoALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. (Pretty salty but that’s good because I won’t be flowing too much.) Changes In Physical Apperance 8 years, 9 months agoBATH IDEA: to a warm OR hot bath, Sprinkle some MSM (or use sulphur soap), a little coconut oil, and some seaweed (in one of those little metal balls that are made for brewing loose tea so it doesn’t stick to everything or clog the drain). Some magnesium sulfate (epsom salts), some sea salt, and some orange blossom essential oil or other type (if desired). Lavender would induce sleep.…Read More

Water Fasting 8 years, 9 months agoAre you forever filling and refilling your water glass? I was and it was keeping me from drinking enough. Now I use a big 1 QT Mason Jar (same size as my ferments jars). It fools you into drinking tons of water. Holds 4 cups and the square shape is easy to hold onto with both hands. Water Fasting 8 years, 9 months ago3RD DAY, 2 ROUND. My stomach hurts. I shouldn’t have eaten a solid meal last night! Also 2 aspirins are probably burning my stomach lining so I will put a spoon of honey in my magnet water to heal any ulcers. Usually takes pain away immediately!
