I have had constant brain pains and headaches like every day my brain feels clogged up and my heart hurts sometimes possibly partly due to this because i read when the brain isnt getting blood and fluids properly the heart pumps harder, and there are things with brain parasites that make it harder for the brains fluids to go in and out, idk exactly because i am very anxious, i saw about these parasites last night and then went to sleep my brain reminded me first thing in the morning and it is traumatizing, i want them gone and i decided to fast today, this is the first time ive ever fasted, i was a vegetarian for over 1 and a half years, and ive been vegan for around 4 weeks now, i went vegan for the animals as well as my health

However it does drain my head. I also couldn’t sustain vegetarian.
