WATER 8 years, 8 months agoALOHA! OK. Yesterday was unusual. FASTED in the morning (2 crackers, water, black coffee, medications) and then went to a FUNERAL. In case ya’ll didn’t know, in the American Southeast , YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO DIE unless there is a Church Lady cooked, huge buffet of filling comfort foods! Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 8 months agoTo Dr. Cassar, ALOHA OHANA (family) 🙂 BROKE MY FAST after 15 hrs, which is 3 hrs earlier than normal. The Wyler’s (fake) beef bouillon (cube) in hot water with coconut oil was very good but I was still hungry so I had a cup of tomato soup with a little soy milk and half a sleeve of crackers!!!!! FASTING and feeling better today! Got out in the sun a little, too. I’ve had my “spa” water, 2 soda crackers with my medicine, plum ferment and a tablespoon of Coconut Oil which really knocks down the hunger.
