    MY DELICIOUS SUPPER (Served at 6 pm on intermittant water fast). I pan sauteed in oil and sole seasalt> fresh spinach leaves and my recipe for RABBIT SALAD (AKA HAPPY FOOD) AND some semi cooked split peas, and a half cup of cooked rice. When the dish was well heated and the spinach leaves wilted, I added a pinch of dry mustard and some balsamic vinegar. (Rice wine or Organic Apple Cider vinegar would be good, too!) Served in a square bowl with a drizzle of oil and a Earther Academy recipe for Flaxseed Crackers (Pitas in my case because I don’t have a food dehydrator with iced Raspberry-Hibiscus tea. The flavors mixed wonderfully and I felt well fed without meat because the beans, flax, peas and rice combine to make a complete protein. ) MAHALO
