Have you heard of Bullet Proof Coffee that the Navy Seals drink? (Commander McGarrett explained it on Hawaii 5-0). It’s basically strong coffee, lots of sugar, and BUTTER (instead of cream). Why couldn’t I make an Earther version with basically strong coffee, lots of Coconut Sugar (or Splenda) and Dr. Cassar’s Butter (which is coconut oil and tumeric (for color) and sole salt. I added Butter Flavoring (for cakes) to it and it’s very good. Funny story. Once, I forgot I had a whole gallon of milk inside a plastic bag in my trunk in the summertime. Well, about 2 weeks later I kept smelling MOVIE BUTTER POPCORN. This went on for days. It smelled delicious. Well, the milk had CURDLED and EXPLODED in my trunk. Thank God I had the jug inside the store bag or I would have had a huge clean up job. I wish I could use that flavoring for my coconut oil “butter”!
Actually, I guess you don’t want salty coffee, so don’t put sole salt in your coconut oil if it’s meant for coffee. Hint, you can firm up the “butter” in the refrigerator but it doesn’t need refrigeration to use.
