    Moanin’. Ha! Gosh, it’s early for me. You, too? It’s a DARK AND RAINY MORNING here in sunny Florida. I am breaking my fast by having my magnet water, black coffee, some peanut butter and a banana. Peanut butter has ketones in it. Banana has potassium. I’m taking the B12 and Niacin every day for nerve regeneration because I HAVEN’T EATEN MEAT IN 2 WEEKS AND MY SKIN LOOKS WONDERFUL. No redness and inflammation and the coconut oil and cocoa butter is the perfect moisturizer/sunscreen. I could go without makeup! I think the secret is to have both a fasting and a food plan. Not willy nilly, “am I on or am I off. ” I’ll lay our all the things I plan to consume on the kitchen counter accordingly each day, or at least write it down.. I’m going to wait until 6 pm to have a meal because I’m low on water from yesterday and I want to concentrate on hydration today. One pitfall. I have these calcium chews that are sweet caramel and they really trigger cravings for sugar and food in general. I need to get some nasty tasting ones, ha. I’ll let you know what I prepare for tonight’s supper! Another thought: I need TWO large magnet water containers for the fridge. I bet I refill it 3 or 4 times a day and it holds 24 cups! I make magnet water icecubes, i drink it of course, cook with it, make really good coffee with it, and generally use it for everything, even making ferments and a jar each of Kahlua and Vodka. I found an Asian recipe for fermented rice water to use as a tonic for scalp and hair to add shine and strength. According to Dr. Cassar, after 30 days, all my skin has regenerated, so it really shows that I haven’t eaten meats (flesh) and I’ve tried to nourish myself and my husband with fresh foods. This is really the way to live!
