RAW DISH!
RABBIT SALAD (AKA HAPPY FOOD)
1 cucumber diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 orange or red pepper, diced
1 bunch radishes, cut up any way you like
1 handful of RAW fresh green beans, cut into bite sized pieces
1 or 2 carrots, cut into bite size pieces
2 or 3 stalks of celery, cut into bite size pieces
1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained (aka Chick Peas) (or 16 ou fresh, rinsed and soaked in sole salt to soften with fulvic acid and sprout if they will)
Sole salt and red pepper to taste
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
Mix Well.FUN TO EAT WITH CHOPSTICKS!! Watch your whiskers.
(* I am fresh out of radishes, so I will add some prepared horseradish to my olive oil! I guess if you don’t have olive oil, you could use coconut and add Olives to the recipe!)
I think Garbanzo Beans, aka Chick Peas, are the round yellow beans that Hummus is made of.
