Aloha Dr c here, They are both excellent tools for sure I have both of them. if you only had the money to buy one them. I like distilled water because it is purely H20 only through he process as the clouds make rain .. distilled water is the water of nature. I call distilled water”Dry water” because it really sucks out the toxicity of the body and cleanses it much better than just Alkaline water. Alkaline water is great .. only if you ahve the right filters to take out the contaminates and other poisons as fluoride or others. Filters dont take out the gases or some elements that are so small they go through like gaseous contaminates like sulfuric acids or other corrosive acids through the filters.
You can always make the distilled water alkaline if you want without the machine too. They make alkaline drops to boost up the alkalinity. the distilled water you can always add the correct minerals to remineralize it too. if you do not have the correct filters on the alkaline water machine .. the water actually can be quite toxic. :)) Dr r
Hi Dr. C Thank you thank you for getting back to me so quickly..I appreciate your information and that makes a lot of sense. We only have the alkaline machine So I will check the filters but will try to buy a distilled h2o machine in the near future.
