    This was inspired by a recipe Dr. Robert Cassar made.

    Superfood Dip/Sauce:

    Soaked chia seeds and sunflower seeds, coconut oil, 2 cucumbers, himalayan salt, chilli with seeds, 3 heaping spoonfuls of barley grass powder, 3 heaping spoonfuls of sauerkraut, handful of rocket/arugala, 2 squirts of fulvic acid.

    I blended it up, filled up a jar and put it in the fridge and ate the rest with a small amount of rocket/arugala.

    I’m going to use it with cooked food, on toast, on vegetables and wherever else I think of.

    • I think an avocado would have improved it, and substituting one or two of the barley grass powder spoons with chlorella.

    • Update: I created a new version of this, added a whole avocado and red onion, IT IS SO GOOOOD!!!!

    • Update: New version with massive amount of organic cayenne powder, turmeric powder, moringa powder and cumin seeds. SO SPICY!! It’s good though. Legitimately I have never had something that suppresses appetite like this. I imagine parasites in my gut hate me lmao

    • I made buckwheat pasta, put this on, it’s like an excellent pesto. It’s good on quinoa crackers. This is such a great recipe.
