    I am battling Tinea Versicolor.
Hey everyone. Just recently found out these forums were here. Glad i joined. I have been watching Dr. Casar on YouTube for over a year now, and i now walk around 25lbs lighter. I’ve been a vegan for a year now, and have had months of raw only and / or fruit only. Kombucha and dates were a staple. In my diet also. This past summer i broke my collar bone badly, and had to have a plate put in to heal the bone. (I plan on removing the plate when it is possible) and from then on i started to notice it. It now covers most of my upper back. My upper chest, and is slowly spreading. I just came off of a 4 day fast in an attempt to starve the yeast. It seemed to work. As the flare ups did stop during that time. Unfortunately i could not push the fast any further because my job is physically demanding. I am currently avoiding all corn / wheat / gluten/ yeast. Only raw green veggies, raw pumkin and sunflower seeds, coconut, lemon, ACV. I apply tea tree oil daily. I was using a dandruff shampoo initially out of desperity, but I’ve switched to an organic bar soap. Right now it seems that a 21 day fast could be the only solution. If you have read this whole post, thank you. Any one with experience or solution?
