I have been listening to HRM talk on protocols for sun gazing on youtube after meeting someone who could look at the sun for an hour or more in the middle of the day, and told me ” nothing” came close to the vast healing he got from the sun. This man was incredibly vibrant and healthy. I was struck by his information and after educating myself have started a daily practice that has been gradually increasing where I look at the sun close to sun rise. I am now up to 16 minutes and absolutely love this practice. I am not sure yet how it is affecting me, beyond the fact that I feel amazing from doing it, on all levels. Per HRM the first 15 minutes heal your mind, the next 15 minutes ( 15 – 30) heal your body , and the last 15 minutes ( 30 – 45) heal your spirit. tolerance is increased at 10 seconds a day with attention to personal tolerance. I have not talked to anyone who does this ( my prior contact I am not in touch with currently) so would enjoy discussing this with anyone who does this. I just heard Dr Cassar talk about doing this with closed eyes so it is a softer approach to allowing the rays in. Some days I only do a short time if I feel it is too harsh for me. Sometimes it is like an internal massage, of gentle light. Love to hear from anyone else doing this.
