Whenever I take CDS the pressure in my head goes down. Also great for parasites. Just hard to stomach for me .. the flavor is … bleh. However it does drain my head. I also couldn’t sustain vegetarian. Had to take the plunge and go carnivore.. right now I’m sick as my husband brings in all sorts of bugs and since my gut is finally shifting I fell susceptible to it, but just seven days into I feel a lot more energy and able to do my life better that veg. Vegetarian I looked great, but mentally not as well.
