What are the exact doses of each of the Six Liquids Of Vitality for the intermediate / advanced Terrain Modifier? How many oz’s of each liquid do we drink each day? Is there a synergistic order in which to take them?

Also, how would a progressive stage of each 21 day period look like over the six months? Example: 1st Month ~ Liquids and All Raw ; 2nd Month ~ Only Liquids ; 3rd Month ~ Only Liquids and Enemas?
