Synthetic fragrances make me sick! It seems like everybody and everything has a fragrance these days. It’s to the point that I can’t allow people to come over to my house anymore because their laundry detergent and personal care products end up sticking to surfaces and the smell lingers on for hours after they’ve left! I commonly get a headache, my face turns red, I feel nauseous, I’ll have heart palpitations, etc. Any suggestions for how to deal with such situations?
