I read the directions on the Magnesium Chloride + Living Silica Oil Spray on the Earth Shift website, wrote it down by hand and followed the directions and applied this solution to various parts on my skin. After the video I also applied the Iodine Solution onto the insides of my wrists and rubbed it on. This is my first experience with absorbing minerals through the skin.
