    ALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil.     BATH IDEA: to a warm OR hot bath, Sprinkle some MSM (or use sulphur soap), a little coconut oil, and some seaweed (in one of those little metal balls that are made for brewing loose tea so it doesn’t stick to everything or clog the drain).
