Should ferments make my stomach gurgle and hurt a bit? I am lactose intolerant but didn’t use any in the ferments except a little juice from yogurt. Maybe too much of a good thing? On my first day of water fasting I was eating sweet relish from the store. That didn’t bother me.

Here is my recipe for “magnet water.” I guess it makes it more alkaline which the body likes, and it is sparkling clear. We have well water (140 ft. deep) and a whole house salt filtration system.
