This was inspired by a recipe Dr. Robert Cassar made.

Superfood Dip/Sauce:

Soaked chia seeds and sunflower seeds, coconut oil, 2 cucumbers, himalayan salt, chilli with seeds, 3 heaping spoonfuls of barley grass powder, 3 heaping spoonfuls of sauerkraut, handful of rocket/arugala, 2 squirts of fulvic acid.

Dr. Robert Cassar, what are your thoughts on medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, miatake, shiitake, cordyceps etc? I don’t think I’ve seen you use them. I’ve researched them for a while and they seem cool, I take them regularly, I’d love to get your take on them.

Have you watched Dr. Robert Cassar speaking about parasites? It’s a little gruesome but I highly recommend!! The spasms you are experiencing is turbulence from changing to a 100% raw food diet, everything inside of you is changing.

Does anyone get Earth Shift Products sent to them in Australia? I’ve seen a number of Aussies at the retreat yet it isn’t directly possible to have the products shipped to Australia last time I checked. I live in Australia and would love to get these products, I’d totally buy from Earth Shift Products if it were easier to get.
