All pain is food for other things that give them life that we don’t need.
I am sure one day our world will change we not require air.

Well depending on the source. Tap water may not contain very many natural minerals. Can that be used on any water and provide clean drinking water?

Trust your body. everything you do is for the greater feeling of harmonyand love for your body. If you are forcing yourself to do something. This is not love. If it isn’t love it is fear and fear is an illusion. It is fear of not being loved.

Depending on your size, weather and circumstances. A gallon a day is a good general estimate. A little more or less is a matter of preference. As long as you are hydrated and urine is clear.
