I am on my 22nd day of my water fast, and have been noticing myself feeling super nauseous 90% of the time – especially when drinking water. I have vommited for about 7 days straight since day 14 or so. I do have a good amount of reserves, so my body is fine in that sense.

Beginners – Advice needed 8 years, 3 months ago@dr-bryce-healy Hi Dr.Bryce, is it possible to do the skin cleaning/gwashing protocol without a sauna?
I have been doing it on my arms but very little appears to be coming out, although I do get the bruising.
I put on the strong fulvic acid 3-4 times a day prior to doing it. -
