Beginners – Advice needed 8 years, 2 months ago@dr-bryce-healy Hi Dr.Bryce, is it possible to do the skin cleaning/gwashing protocol without a sauna?
I have been doing it on my arms but very little appears to be coming out, although I do get the bruising.
