Dr. Robert Cassar 9 years agoHi! I have a portable steam sauna, will that be sufficient for me for at least the short term? I pump ozone and essential oils into it. I have had a FIR sauna in the past, but need to save up for another.

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a video where Dr Cassar talks about the sinuses. I have very annoying nasal polyps which restrict my breathing and was hoping there was a protocol to relieve them. The only thing about sinuses I heard him say was to not put the alcohol solution up there as it will stop you from being able to breath via the nose. -

I am 23, living at home, working a part time job, not making much money. I have lost about 25 pounds so far. Dropped from 245lbs, now I am 220lbs. My next milestone is 200, then 180. Then we’ll see from there!
