Hi there,
Had a couple questions about the probiotic brews.

1 – Does adding fruit to the brew ( lets say a pineapple ) change the taste of the brew in any way? Or is it just an additional source of sugar for the bacteria?

2 – Can you add Limes and Lemons to the brew? Is the acid in them harmful to the bacteria?

Hello and Aloha Dr Cassar, I am concerned for my Brother who has Glandular Fever what has affected his Tonsils, please could you suggest anything that could help him recover in addition to only relying on conventional Medication, Thank you.
