Dr. Robert Cassar 7 years, 8 months agoNewbie…tried to make a ferment…it rotted so now Im back to just making cabbage and salt ferments..watched a lot of videos…but still lost…what a waist of time and ingredients.

When I look at this page I see a list of names and no comments…Names and zeros

Feel overwhelmed. Tried to make a ferment. I had fermented cabbage in my refrigerator from a few months back so put that in a blender with a banana and some apple and then put in juiced carrot, cucumber, beet, ginger, apple, celery…I put in tow capsules of Lactobacilus and inulin because I just had it on hand.
