    Feel overwhelmed. Tried to make a ferment. I had fermented cabbage in my refrigerator from a few months back so put that in a blender with a banana and some apple and then put in juiced carrot, cucumber, beet, ginger, apple, celery…I put in tow capsules of Lactobacilus and inulin because I just had it on hand. Now the mix is in a jar and it is starting to separate with liquid on top and the mush on top…I’m concerned that it will start to bubble and ferment and just be a big mass of mush…hope someone can comment.
