Beginners – Advice needed 5 years, 6 months agoHi guys,
After watching many many videos of Dr. Cassar about the many protocols, I think I’m now ready to do the water fasting (I’ll start slow w/ the 3-day onto a 7-day if I can). But still would like some advise from the experts 🙂
