Today is day 13 and I have been more energetic than when I was eating. Day 2 was a little slow, but after that I was good. The key is to keep drinking the water every time you empty. I did dry water for the first 5 days, then I started adding sole salt to it because I was feeling more tired. About to start my dry water fast. My goal is 7-14 days, and I will be doing some IV therapies along the way as well. So I will keep you posted
