Hello all! I have been following the good doctor on YouTube for a couple years and slowly instituting some of the protocols I am very much a beginner but I use the skin cleaning solution and I believe that the liquids of vitality is a good place to start and also drinking lots of water. I am intrested in starting the program with another member or a group so we can support each other
