(Day 1, 2nd course. 1st was 14 days, intermittent) I had electrical energy, felt happy, aware, sociable, got out of the house and into nature, and completed things done I’ve been meaning to do for 7 days. I wish I had skipped supper.

Starting my second water fast after 7 days of eating. Even though I normally don’t have breakfast anyway, I am almost shaking! I think my parasites know and are freaking out!

I would like to say that Dr. Cassar is probably one of the kindest persons I have ever “met.”

For about 2 1/2 weeks, I have been making a kumquat/orange slice ferment with a starter of coconut milk, yogurt, and red wine. I sort of regretted the wine because maybe it has an ingredient that supresses fermentation? I added an ounce of sugar about every 3 days.
